Alvarinho

Bright red robe with light purple hues. Notes of redfruits and cherries in the nose continue in the mouth. Elegant with a long and aromatic finish. The tannins are mellow and soft.

Excellent with grilled meats and charcuteries. This will also pair perfectly with mushrooms, salmon, trout and tuna. A great compliment to Asian cuisines and in particular with salmon or tuna Sashimi.
