Cristiano van Zeller's family has been creating unique wines in the Douro valley since 1620. His vision for a new Douro and for producing wines that reflect the region’s identity came to be at Quinta Vale D. Maria in 1996. The wines from Quinta Vale D. Maria reflect an authentic Douro character and are about personality, excitement, pleasure, fun, reliability, innovation, people and life.
