Sfursat di Valtellina DOCG

Its main feature comes from the peculiar way it is produced. It is the result of the vinification of grapes that are first left to dry in stackable plastic boxes until December-January so that they develop a high concentration in sugar and a peculiar aroma. It is a full, round wine with a pronounced, complex aroma. Suitable for very long term ageing.
